Cajun Sausage and Rice

Ingredients
- 2 cans French onion soup
- 2 cans beef consomme
- 2 cups rice
- 1 lb smoked sausage, sliced into 1/2 inch rounds (spicy "or" regular)
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1 green pepper, chopped
Directions
- Mix all the ingredients together and place in a 12"x9" pan.
- Cover and bake at 350ºF for 30 minutes.
- Uncover and bake 15 minutes more.
