Cajun Rub

Ingredients

• 2  tablespoons paprika
• 1  tablespoon  chili flakes
• 1  tablespoon  celery salt
• 1  teaspoon allspice
• 2  whole garlic cloves, skinned
• 2  tablespoons  dried onion flakes
• 2  tablespoons dried oregano
• 2  tablespoons dried thyme
• 1  teaspoon  mixed peppercorn

Directions

1. Using your mortar and pestle, pound all the ingredients until fine and well combined.
2. Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 12 month.
