Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons paprika
- 1 tablespoon chili flakes
- 1 tablespoon celery salt
- 1 teaspoon allspice
- 2 whole garlic cloves, skinned
- 2 tablespoons dried onion flakes
- 2 tablespoons dried oregano
- 2 tablespoons dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon mixed peppercorn
Directions
- Using your mortar and pestle, pound all the ingredients until fine and well combined.
- Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for 12 month.
