Cajun Peanuts

My neighbor had cajun peanuts from Feridies at holiday time. They were awesome but impossible to find in the stores. I found this recipe on cooks.com and wanted to hold onto it on zaar. I will rate once I make some. Happy munching!

• Yields: 1 jar

Ingredients

• 1  jar  planters unsalted peanuts
• 1⁄4 teaspoon salt
• 1⁄4 teaspoon chili powder
• 2 -3  drops Tabasco sauce
• 1  dash cayenne pepper
• 1  tablespoon  salad oil

Directions

1. Mix salt, chili powder, cayenne pepper, peanuts and oil together. Place on cookie sheet. Roast in 350 degree oven until golden brown.
