Yields: 12 cups

Ingredients

  • 34 cup butter
  • 1  tablespoon parsley flakes
  • 1  teaspoon  celery salt
  • 1  teaspoon  onion salt
  • 2  teaspoons garlic powder
  • 1  teaspoon salt
  • 12 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1  teaspoon  cajun spices
  • 6 -8  drops  hot pepper sauce
  • 6  cups  Crispix cereal
  • 3  cups  cheez it bite size  crackers
  • 2  cups  broken  pretzel sticks
  • 4  ounces  shoe string potatoes
  • 12  ounces  mixed nuts

Directions

  1. Melt butter over low heat, stir in all spices and hot sauce. Pour over cereal, pretzels, nuts and potatoes. Mix until well coated.
  2. Bake in 250 degree oven for 45 minutes stirring every 15 minutes.
  3. Note: Add more cayenne pepper and pepper sauce if you like it really HOT.
