Cajun Glazed Mushrooms

  1. Melt butter in heavy skillet over medium heat. Add mushrooms, stir to coat. Stir in remaining ingredients. Increase heat to med-high. Cover and cook, stirring frequently, for about 20 minutes. DO NOT LET THEM STICK! They’re done when the butter separates from the Worcestershire and mushrooms are glazed. Remove to plate with slotted spoon, serve with toothpicks. Wipe out skillet between batches.
  2. Note: Don’t use less than 2 pounds of mushrooms; it leaves to much excess “stuff” in the bottom of the pan. Also, if you want more, make separate batches; don’t try to double the recipe.
