Ingredients
- 1⁄2 cup red wine vinegar
- 1 cup tomato sauce
- 1⁄2 cup garlic paste
- 1 cup Worcestershire sauce
- 1⁄4 cup hot sauce
- 2 tablespoons dark roux
- 1 teaspoon cajun red pepper
Directions
- Add all ingredients except roux in a small pot.
- Bring to a boil, whisk in roux, simmer for a few minutes and allow to cool.
