Cajun Fries With Dipping Sauce

Ingredients
Fries
- 2 lbs white potatoes, cut into wedges
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄2 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 1⁄2 tablespoons cajun seasoning or 1 1⁄2 tablespoons creole seasoning
Dipping Sauce
- 1 (8 ounce) container low-fat sour cream
- 1 green onion, chopped
- 1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
- 1⁄2 teaspoon ground black pepper
Directions
- Heat oven to 425º.
- Place first 4 ingredients in a ziplock bag. Seal and shake to coat potatoes.
- Place potatoes on a baking sheet covered with cooking spray.
- Bake 30 minutes or until tender and golden brown.
- Dressing ~ Combine remaining ingredients and serve with fries.
