Cajun Crab Wraps

Ingredients
- 1 cup butter
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 8 ounces sour cream
- 1 teaspoon garlic
- 1 tablespoon hot sauce
- 1 tablespoon cajun spices
- 2 lbs imitation crabmeat
- 1 cup diced onion
- 2 (8 ounce) packages wonton wrappers
Directions
- Melt butter, cream cheese and sour cream together.
- Add everything else except crab meat and onions.
- Stir in crabmeart and onions, cook about 5 minutes to blend well.
- place one heaping teaspoon of mixture in center of wontoon wrapper. Fold 4 corners together and slightly twist to hold closed.
- Deep fry in hot oil for one or two minutes until wontoon wrappers are golden brown.
