Cajun Crab Wraps

A delightfull, tasty treat at outdoor partys. Easy to make. Easy to eat. And a very happy mouthfull when you're done.......A slightly adjusted version of the original recipe from a bottle of Hot Sauce by Sammy Kershaw"s Cajun Crabmeat Bundles.   1. Melt butter, cream cheese and sour cream together.
  2. Add everything else except crab meat and onions.
  3. Stir in crabmeart and onions, cook about 5 minutes to blend well.
  4. place one heaping teaspoon of mixture in center of wontoon wrapper. Fold 4 corners together and slightly twist to hold closed.
  5. Deep fry in hot oil for one or two minutes until wontoon wrappers are golden brown.
