Cajun Corn Casserole

Ingredients
- 1 (15 ounce) can creamed corn
- 2 (15 ounce) cans creamed corn
- 1 (10 ounce) can rotel
- 4 ounces Velveeta cheese (cubed)
- 1 teaspoon season salt (I used creole seasoning )
- 2 eggs
- 3 ounces Ritz crackers
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350.
- Mix all ingredients except one stack of ritz crackers. Put into a greased 1-quart casserole dish.
- Bake for 35 minutes.
