Cajun Butter Blend for Corn on the Cob

Makes enough for 6 ears of corn. From the newspaper. Works well for grilled corn too. Just pop the ingredients in a food processor and ta-da!

Ingredients

• 4  tablespoons butter, cut into pieces
• 1  small garlic clove
• 1⁄8 teaspoon cayenne pepper
• 1⁄2 teaspoon paprika
• 1⁄8 teaspoon salt
• 1⁄2 teaspoon dried thyme
• 6  ears corn, freshly cooked

Directions

1. In a food processor, combine all the ingredients, except the corn, and process until smooth.
2. Spread the mixture on the hot corn or refrigerate for future use.
