Cairns Cooler (Mocktail)

When I saw this recipe I couldn't wait to try it so made it with a slight variation on the ingredients. I used coconut milk instead of cream & coconut sugar syrup, Coconut Sugar Syrup as I had it on hand. This tastes very tropical & you'd alsmost swear it had malibu in it if you didn't know, fruity & creamy at the same time, a really nice flavour combo.

Ingredients

• 60  ml  pineapple juice
• 60  ml  orange juice
• 30  ml coconut cream
• 15  ml  sugar syrup
•  ice

Directions

1. Pour ingredients one after the other into a serving glass filled with ice.
