Caffè Di Alpi (Alpine Coffee)

Ingredients
COFFEE
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 3 ounces hot brewed coffee (hot freshly brewed Cuban coffee, yum!)
- 1 1⁄2 ounces Bourbon
- 1 pinch of freshly grated nutmeg
- 1 large dollop of alps whipped cream
ALPS WHIPPED CREAM
- 4 ounces heavy cream
- 3⁄4 ounce Averna Amaro (bittersweet Italian liqueur) or 3⁄4 ounce lucano liqueur (bittersweet Italian liqueur) or 3⁄4 ounce montenegro liqueur (bittersweet Italian liqueur)
Directions
- COFFEE:.
- Put the honey in a warmed mug, add the hot coffee and the bourbon and stir.
- Top with Alps Whipped Cream and garnish with fresh grated nutmeg.
- ALPS WHIPPED CREAM:.
- In a small bowl beat the heavy cream until thickened, add amaro & beat until firm.
