Cafe Rio Pork

Easy and fabulous copycat of the original!

Serves: 8-10

Ingredients

  • 5  lbs  pork loin
  • 24  ounces salsa (Pace Picante medium)
  • 2  cups brown sugar

Directions

  1. Roast in crock pot for 5-6 hours.
  2. Shred meat.
  3. Cook one more hour.
  4. Serve with cafe rio beans, rice, and tomatillo dressing (see other recipes).
