Ingredients
- 5 lbs pork loin
- 24 ounces salsa (Pace Picante medium)
- 2 cups brown sugar
Directions
- Roast in crock pot for 5-6 hours.
- Shred meat.
- Cook one more hour.
- Serve with cafe rio beans, rice, and tomatillo dressing (see other recipes).
