Cafe Mocha Latte

Yields: 4 cups
Ingredients
- 1 1⁄2 cups half-and-half cream
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 2 cups strong brewed coffee or 2 cups espresso
- 1⁄4 cup chocolate syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1⁄4 cup whiskey (optional)
Directions
- Heat half-n-half in a saucepan over medium-high heat (Do not boil).
- Remove from heat; stir in brown sugar, next 3 ingredients, and if desired, whiskey.
- Serve warm or over ice.
