A delicious mexican twist on an old favorite. Makes for a wonderfully festive holiday drink.

  1. In coffeepot or saucepan combine water, brown sugar, cinnamon, and cloves.
  2. Bring to boiling, stirring till sugar dissolves.
  3. Add coffee; simmer, covered, for 1 minute.
  4. Stir; let stand about 5 minutes or till grounds settle.
  5. Strain into mugs.
  6. Makes 8 (6-ounce) servings.
