Ingredients
- 1 egg white
- 1⁄2 cup heavy cream
- 1⁄4 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3 cups brewed coffee (strong)
Directions
- Beat the egg white until stiff.
- Whip the cream together with the vanilla.
- Mix the egg white and whipped cream mixture together, and fill 4 cups one-third of the way up.
- Add 2/3 cup coffee to each cup.
