Caesar's Palace Cheesecake

Ingredients
- 5 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sugar
- 5 eggs
- 1 cup whipping cream
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 1 teaspoon grated lemon peel
- 2 tablespoons grated orange peel
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 3 tablespoons orange juice
Directions
- Cream together cream cheese and sugar.
- Add eggs, one at a time, beating after each addition.
- Blend in whipping cream, vanilla, peels and juices until smooth.
- Turn into greased 9" springform pan and set in a larger pan filled with water 1" water and bake at 350 for 40 minutes.
- Reduce heat to 325 and bake 20 minutes longer or until cake is set.
- Cool in springform pan then remove sides of pan.
- Chill, or serve at room temperature.
