Caesar's Palace Cheesecake

Serves: 8-10

Ingredients

  • 5 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1  cup sugar
  • 5  eggs
  • 1  cup  whipping cream
  • 2  teaspoons vanilla
  • 1  teaspoon  grated lemon peel
  • 2  tablespoons  grated  orange peel
  • 2  tablespoons lemon juice
  • 3  tablespoons  orange juice

Directions

  1. Cream together cream cheese and sugar.
  2. Add eggs, one at a time, beating after each addition.
  3. Blend in whipping cream, vanilla, peels and juices until smooth.
  4. Turn into greased 9" springform pan and set in a larger pan filled with water 1" water and bake at 350 for 40 minutes.
  5. Reduce heat to 325 and bake 20 minutes longer or until cake is set.
  6. Cool in springform pan then remove sides of pan.
  7. Chill, or serve at room temperature.
