Caesar Vinaigrette

Ingredients
- 2 anchovy fillets, minced
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 small shallot, minced
- 1 tablespoon white wine vinegar
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1⁄2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1⁄4 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄8 teaspoon hot pepper sauce
- 1 cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
Directions
- in bowl, whisk together anchovies, garlic, shallot, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, pepper, salt and hot pepper sauce.
- Whisk in olive oil, then Parmesan. Add salt to taste.
