Caesar Salad Dressing

Ingredients
- 1 small garlic clove, minced
- 1⁄4 teaspoon anchovy paste
- 1 1⁄2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice (1/4 of a lemon)
- 1⁄4 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1⁄4 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1⁄4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 pinch pepper
- 2 tablespoons parmesan cheese
Directions
- Combine all ingredients in a mini food processor or blender.
- Blend until thick and creamy.
