Caesar Dressing

Delicious Caesar dressing without row eggs. Use good quality mayonnaise we like Best Foods - real mayonnaise brand or Hellmann's. Perfect for Caesar salad or in sandwiches to replace plain mayo.

Ingredients

• 1⁄2 cup mayonnaise
• 1  teaspoon Dijon mustard
• 1  teaspoon lemon juice
• 1  garlic clove, minced
• 1  teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
• 1  tablespoon water
• 1  tablespoon parmesan cheese or 1  tablespoon romano cheese, finely grated
• 1  pinch salt, pepper

Directions

1. Mix all ingredients together.
2. Use more or less water for consistency that you like.
