Caesar Dressing

Ingredients
- 1 1⁄2 teaspoons garlic, minced
- 1 1⁄2 teaspoons anchovy paste
- 2 tablespoons egg substitute
- 1 tablespoon white wine vinegar
- 2 teaspoons red wine vinegar
- 1 1⁄2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1⁄4 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 1⁄4 cup parmesan cheese, grated
- 3⁄4 cup olive oil
Directions
- Mix first 10 ingredients using an emulsion blender (or in a regular blender).
- Slowly add oil and mix until fully emulsified.
- Serve immediately.
