Ingredients
- 1 large head of cabbage (aprox 16 cups)
- 2 cups onions
- 2 cups green peppers
- 2 cups celery
- 2 cups green beans
- 2 cups carrots
- 1 (48 ounce) can V8 vegetable juice
- 1 (28 ounce) can diced tomatoes
- 1 (2 1/2ounce) package onion soup mix
- 1⁄2 cup balsamic vinegar
- 2 teaspoons chicken bouillon granules
- 1 tablespoon minced garlic clove
- 1⁄2 tablespoon pepper
- 2 tablespoons parsley flakes
- 1 tablespoon italian seasoning
Directions
- Put everything in a large pot and bring to a boil. Simmer till vegetables are to your liking.
