- 16 cups cabbage, thinly sliced
- 4 cups onions, thinly sliced
- 1 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- 3 tablespoons lime juice
- 1 tablespoon canola oil
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and finely chopped
