Cabbage Salad

Serves: 12-15
Ingredients
- 2 (3 ounce) packages chicken ramen noodles (Crushed, DO NOT COOK)
- 1 cup salted sunflower seeds
- 1 cup slivered almonds
- 2 bunches green onions (thinly sliced)
- 2 lbs shredded cabbage
- 1 cup oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1⁄2 cup white wine vinegar
- 1⁄2 cup sugar (may substitute no calorie sweetener)
- 1 (2 teaspoon) packet chicken flavored ramon noodle seasoning
Directions
- Mix all salad ingredients in very large bowl.
- Mix all dressing ingredients in separate bowl.
- Just before serving, pour dressing over salad and mix.
- This recipe makes ALOT of salad and can easily be halved or even measured down more for a smaller family!
