Cabbage, Rice, Tuna, Cheese Salad

Ingredients
- 1 -1 1⁄2 cup white rice, cooked, without any spices
- 1⁄2 cabbage, nicely chopped
- 6 ounces tuna in vegetable oil
- bulgarian cheese
- salt or pepper or some lemon juice
Directions
- In a bowl, mix the cabbage, tuna (with the oil!) and crumble the cheese in your hands into the bowl -- heat the rice (or take directly form the pot, while still hot) and pour into the bowl. Mix nicely, season with salt, pepper and a bit of lemon juice (not a must) and serve while rice is still warm -- .
