  • 1  teaspoon pepper, black
  • 1  head cabbage, fresh, large (about 7-inch dia)
  • 1  cup onion, raw chopped
  • 4  potatoes, raw, 4 . 00 medium (2-1/4-inch to 3-1/4-inch dia.)
  • 8  ounces  low-fat smoked sausage
  • 1  teaspoon Knorr chicken bouillon

Directions

  1. place all ingredients in a large pot. Bring to boil, then turn heat down to med low and cook until potatoes and cabbage are done.
