Cabbage Pie

Ingredients
- 1 head cabbage
- 2 cups milk
- 1⁄4 cup butter
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1⁄2 teaspoon fresh ground pepper
- 1 teaspoon celery seed
- 16 saltine crackers
Directions
- Shred the head of cabbage and put in a casserole dish.
- In a sauce pan, heat the milk, butter, salt, pepper and celery seed to just under boiling.
- Pour the sauce over the shredded cabbage and crunch the crackers over the top.
- Cook at 350 degrees F for 40 to 45 minutes.
