Cabbage Noodles

Ingredients
- 1 small head of cabbage
- 8 ounces brown rice pasta
- 14 ounces extra firm tofu
- 4 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 small onion
- 4 garlic cloves
- gluten-free soy sauce (to taste)
- salt and pepper (to taste)
Directions
- Thinly slice cabbage.
- Dice onion.
- Mince garlic.
- Drain and cube tofu.
- Saute above ingredients until lightly browned.
- Add cooked pasta.
- Add soy sauce, pepper and salt to taste.
