Cabbage and Rice Soup

  1. Heat Oil in heavy saucepan.
  2. Add cabbage and onions, cook until soft and translucent.
  3. Add broth, seasonings and rice.
  4. Cover and cook 20 minutes.
  5. Serve hot.
