Cabbage and Noodles With Bacon

Ingredients
- 1 head cabbage, cored and cut up in to nice pieces
- 1 large sweet onion, diced but not to small
- 3 garlic cloves, chopped
- 1 lb bacon
- 1⁄2 cup butter
- 1 lb kielbasa
Directions
- fry up the bacon crispy (put off to the side for later).
- in the bacon grease add the onion and garlic and cook for about 5 minutes.
- then add the cabbage and butter cooking over medium heat coverd.
- cut the kielbaska into 1/4" thick slices and fry up in a seperate pan.
- when the cabbage is soft and about to turn brown on the edges take the bacon and crumble it into the frying pan and stir around
- you can mix in the kielbaska or put it on the side.
