Cabbage and Noodles Salad for the Lazy

Serves: 4
Ingredients
- 4 cups green cabbage or 4 cups red cabbage, shredded
- 2 packets noodles (YOUR FAVOURITE BRAND)
- 1 cup onion, finely chopped
- 1 cup leftover chicken piece (OPTIONAL)
- 2 cups tomato puree
- 1⁄2 cup tomato sauce
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 cups vegetable stock
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
Directions
- COOK NOODLES IN A PAN AS PER INSTRUCTIONS.
- LEAVE SOME WATER IN THE NOODLES.
- ADD CABBAGE, ONIONS, LEFTOVER CHICKEN PIECES, TOMATO PUREE, TOMATO SAUCE, SOY SAUCE, VEGETABLE STOCK AND BLACK PEPPER POWDER.
- COOK ON HIGH HEAT FOR 3 MINUTES.
- TRANSFER TO THE SALAD BOWL AND ALLOW TO COOL FOR 30 MINUTES.
- SERVE WARM!
