Cabbage and Ground Beef Soup or Stew

Don't remember where I got this recipe. My husband calls it stew; I call it soup. A hearty concoction on a cold day. Also better the second day and good for a slow cooker. Show more

Directions

  1. Cook ground beef. Add all the ingredients and simmer until cabbage is tender. If you like to give it more of a brown color, add a little Kitchen Boquet.
