Button Mushrooms 'n' Cream Salad

A very different and rich tasting salad. I believe I found it in a 70's cookbook. Time does not include one hour marinating.

• Serves: 2

Ingredients

• 2  cups button mushrooms, sliced
• 1  lemon, juice of
• 2  garlic cloves, minced
• 6  drops  hot sauce
• 1  teaspoon sugar
• 1  cup shrimp
• 2⁄3 cup heavy cream
•  olive oil

Directions

1. Marinate mushrooms in olive oil for one hour, drain excess oil.
2. Combine rest of ingredients with mushrooms.
3. Season with salt and pepper.
