Buttery Honey Taffy

Ingredients
- 1 cup sugar
- 1⁄2 cup golden syrup
- 1⁄2 cup honey
- 1 pinch cream of tartar
- 1 teaspoon vinegar
- 2 tablespoons butter
Directions
- In saucepan, blend sugar, syrup and honey.
- Heat until sugar is dissolved, and then add cream of tartar.
- Let boil.
- Stir mixture continuously--about 20 minutes.
- Add in the vinegar and butter.
- Let boil up.
- Pour in a greased pan.
- Let cool well, and then cut into cushion shapes!
