Buttery Cabbage and Carrots

Ingredients
- 3 teaspoons butter
- 1⁄2 medium cabbage, cored and chopped
- 1 medium onion, sliced
- 4 medium carrots, shredded
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon celery seed
Directions
- Melt butter, add onion and stir fry 2 minute.
- Add carrots, cabbage, salt and celery seed.
- Cover and cook over med. heat 10 minutes.
- Stir occasionally.
- Stir in the lemon juice.
