Butterscotch Tofu Pudding

Inspired by Tofu Strawberry Dessert. I used Frontier's Butterscotch flavoring. The turmeric is just for coloring. I suppose you could use food coloring if you like.

Ingredients

• 12  ounces silken tofu
• 3  tablespoons honey
• 2  teaspoons  butterscotch extract
• 1⁄4 teaspoon turmeric (optional)

Directions

1. Blend in the food processor until smooth.
