Butterscotch Toffee Pecan Cookies

  1. Mix dry ingredients together.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, cream together the butter, brown sugar and vanilla.
  3. Add the egg and beat until fluffy.
  4. Add the dry ingredients and stir until well blended.
  5. Stir in chopped Heath bars, butterscotch chips and nuts.
  6. Drop the dough by tablespoonfuls onto parchment lined baking sheets.
  7. Bake at 375 degrees for 10-12 minutes.
