Butterscotch Sauce

Yields: 1 1/2 cups
Ingredients
- 3⁄4 cup light brow sugar
- 1⁄2 cup corn syrup
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1⁄2 cup heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
Directions
- In a saucepan, combine brown sugar, corn syrup and butter.
- Stirring frequently, bring to a full boil over medium heat and boil one minute.
- Remove from heat; immediately stir in cream and vanilla.
- Store in refrigerator. Stir before serving.
