Butterscotch Sauce

Ingredients
- 75 g unsalted butter
- 1⁄2 cup brown sugar
- 3⁄4 cup evaporated milk
- 1⁄2 cup cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
Directions
- Melt butter over moderate heat.
- Add sugar, milk and cream.
- Remove, add vanilla and cool.
- Keep in airtight container and serve at room temperature.
