Butterscotch Honey Cereal Crunchies

Directions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.
  2. Combine the flour, baking soda and baking powder.
  3. Cream the butter, sugars, honey and egg thoroughly.
  4. Add the dry ingredients to the creamed mixture, mixing well.
  5. Stir in the remaining ingredients.
  6. Drop the dough by tablespoonfuls about 2 inches apart on an ungreased cookie sheet.
  7. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes or until golden.
  8. Cool for 5 minutes on the sheet, then transfer to a rack and cool completely.
