Butterscotch Frosting

Ingredients
- 6 ounces butterscotch chips
- 2 tablespoons water
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 1 tablespoon half-and-half
- 1⁄4 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 cup whipping cream, whipped
Directions
- Melt butterscotch pieces.
- Stir in water until blended.
- Cool until lukewarm.
- Combine cream cheese, half and half, and salt.
- Beat until light and fluffy.
- Blend in butterscotch and vanilla.
- Fold in whipped cream.
