Ingredients
- 4 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1⁄2 cup coconut milk
- 1⁄4 teaspoon dark rum
Directions
- In a small saucepan, heat 4 TBSP water and brown sugar.
- Cook over high heat until the sugar dissolves and browns, forming a glaze; stirring frequently.
- Immediately add coconut milk and rum; stir.
- Serve warm.
