Butterscotch Chip Bars

Ingredients
- 2 cups flour
- 2 cups brown sugar
- 3 eggs
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1⁄2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2⁄3 cup butter
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 1 (10 ounce) bag butterscotch chips
Directions
- Melt butter.
- Mix all ingredients.
- Put in 13x9 pan.
- Bake uncovered at 350F for 30-35 minutes.
