  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In medium saucepan, melt chips and butter. When creamy add crumbs and nuts. Press one half of the mixture firmly into a well greased 9 X 13 pan. In a large bowl beat cheese until fluffy, beat in milk, vanilla and egg. Pour over cust and sprinkle with remaining crumb mixture. Bake for 25-30 minutes. Cool completely before cutting into bars. Refrigerate leftovers. These bars freeze well.
