Butterscotch Cake Topping for Mini Cheesecakes

Ingredients
- 1⁄4 cup brown sugar, packed
- 3 tablespoons light corn syrup
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1⁄2 cup butterscotch chips
Directions
- Combine brown sugar, corn syrup and butter in small pan.
- Bring to a bil, stirring constantly.
- Remove from heat and add vanilla and butterscotch bits.
- Stir to melt chips and drizzle over baby cakes.
