Butterscotch Cake

Ingredients

  • 18  ounces  yellow cake mix
  • 16  ounces butterscotch pudding, Thank You Brand (canned prepared pudding)
  • 2  eggs
  • 6  ounces  butterscotch chips
  • 12 cup  nuts, chopped
  • 2  teaspoons sugar

Directions

  1. Mix together cake mix, pudding and eggs until well blended.
  2. Pour into buttered 9 x 13" baking pan.
  3. On top, sprinkle the chips followed by the nuts and then the sugar.
  4. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
