Butterscotch Bisquick Brownies

Ingredients
- 1⁄2 cup butter
- 1 cup dark brown sugar, packed
- 1 1⁄2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 large egg, beaten
- 1 1⁄4 cups Bisquick (Original or Heart Smart)
Directions
- Cream together butter and sugar, then beat in vanilla and egg.
- Beat in Bisquick.
- Spread in ungreased 8 x 8 pan.
- Bake 25-30 minutes at 350 degrees F.
- Let cool before cutting and serving.
