Ingredients

  • 34 cup all-purpose flour
  • 12 cup  packed brown sugar
  • 12 cup  fat-free butterscotch ice cream topping
  • 3  tablespoons margarine or 3  tablespoons butter, melted
  • 14 cup  cholesterol-free egg substitute
  • 1  teaspoon vanilla
  • 14 teaspoon salt
  • 12 cup  toasted shopped pecans (optional)

Directions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  2. Lightly coat 8-inch square baking pan with nonstick cooking spray; set aside Combine all ingredients in medium bowl; stir until belnded.
  3. Spread into prepared pan.
  4. Bake 15-18 minutes or until firm to touch.
  5. Cool completely in pan.
  6. Cut into 16 bars.
