Buttermilk White Bread (Bread Machine)

This is a lovely white bread with the tang of buttermilk

• Yields: 1 1/2 loaf

Ingredients

• 1  cup buttermilk
• 1⁄2 cup water
• 3  tablespoons butter, melted
• 4  cups flour
• 1  tablespoon sugar
• 1 1⁄2 teaspoons salt
• 2 1⁄4 teaspoons  yeast

Directions

1. In the bowl of your bread machine add the ingredients in the order they are listed.
2. Make sure that the yeast does not touch the water.
3. Set the bread machine on bread cycle.
