Ingredients
- 1 cup milk
- 1 tablespoon cream of tartar or 1 tablespoon lemon juice
Directions
- Add cream of tartar or lemon juice to the milk.
- Stir and allow it to stand at room temperature for about 15 minutes.
- When milk starts to curdle, stir well.
- Buttermilk is ready to serve.
